Overview
For nearly four decades the primary leadership has come from the legal and higher education arenas. Organizing two major Congresses of Judges from the U.S. and Espírito Santo and signing a new agreement between the Federal University in Vitoria and the University of Charleston, WV will strengthen academic and student exchanges.
