Proposed Dates of Consultancy: April 22, 2024 – May 21, 2024
POA is seeking an experienced consultant who has a winning track record developing proposals or implementing funding from the Department of State’s (DOS) Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs (WHA).
Scope of Work:
- Assist with gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence to position Partners of the Americas (POA) for an upcoming proposal to DOS WHA.
- Help identify local partner organizations that could be part of POA’s consortium in the region.
- Participate in design meetings to develop the technical approach for POA’s proposal based on DOS WHA Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).
- Support the development of Proposal Win themes to differentiate POA’s proposal and turn it into a highly competitive bid.
- Gather and provide information to fill information gaps that will strengthen the proposal.
- Contribute to the development of POA’s proposal technical approach.
- Participate in the proposal technical design meetings.
- Lead proposal development and production of supporting annexes, as required by the NOFO and POA.
- Support the finalization of consortium partners.
