Materials for each step:
1. PartnersConnect Profiles: We have created profiles for the Chapter president, the website administrator, and the Chapter itself. The Chapter president or website administrator should edit these. If you are the president or chapter admin, find the email from from PartnersConnect@partners.net to access your profile and edit it.

2. Anti- Harassment Policy: Partners will now require all chapters to sign a document confirming your understanding of our anti-harassment policy.

3. Bank Information: All chapters are required to have a bank account in the name of the chapter.

4. Dues: Please pay 2013 dues at the time you recharter. Also, ensure that your chapter is up-to-date on any past membership dues.

5. Membership Lists: Provide an Excel document that lists all chapter members/ collaborating individuals by name, email, and type (ex: student, family, individual, senior member). Please also list any other organizations that are affiliated with your chapter and describe how they are affiliated (ex: donor, supporter, host organization, etc.)

6. Annual or Bi-Annual Plan: Develop a plan describing the local or joint activities that your chapter and counterpart work on together. If your chapter has no counterpart, then only list local activities.

7. Annual Report: Prepare a one to two page report of activities for 2011 and 2012. Be sure to include the Treasurer’s report!

8. Legal Documents: Affirm that your chapter is in compliance with the legal requirements (bylaws, NGO or other designation, taxes, etc.) of the state and/ or country in which your chapter resides. If your bylaws have changed since 2008 you will need to submit a copy of the revised documents.
*No Supplementary Document 8 needed: Just affirm that your chapter complies with local and national requirements for a non-profit organization!*
