M&E Intern

Partners of the Americas seeks a self-motivated and dedicated intern to provide support to its Monitoring and Evaluation initiatives. The M&E intern will support various exchange and leadership programs implemented by Partners, including the Youth Ambassadors Program and the Climate Change Fellows Program.

The M&E Intern will assist in the on-going planning, implementation, and analysis, of evaluation tools. This includes data analysis, drafting and preparing evaluation materials, drafting reports, conducting research, outreach to local volunteers and participants throughout the Americas, and on-going support to program activities.

The internship is available immediately. It requires a commitment of 15 to 25 hours a week. 


  • Read, speak and write Spanish
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Current or recent student or graduate student in related field
  • Highly motivated
  • Must enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of and interest in the following areas: Latin America, youth, leadership, exchanges, community development, social networking
