Partners' Center for Civil Society believes that citizen participation is an essential part of strong communities.  Through active participation, citizens learn about democratic processes and demand greater inclusion in local decision-making. Increased interaction between government officials and the community results in better solutions to local needs and greater public confidence in local government and democratic processes.

Partners' Center supports citizen participation by working closely with citizens and government officials to build individual and community capacities and increase knowledge of democratic processes.  We encourage dialogue and cooperation between citizens and officials, opening new spaces for interaction.
