Project to Reduce Child Labor - Project Director

Partners of the Americas is seeking Project Director candidates for an anticipated U.S. Department of Labor program in Colombia. This program will focus on reducing child labor, primarily in the mining sector, by providing direct delivery of services to children engaged in or at-risk of child labor and their households in mining communities; improve working conditions for adult miners to minimize injury that may contribute to child labor; improving policies and programs to address child labor and occupational safety and health issues (OSH) in the mining sector; and enhancing monitoring and enforcement of such policies.

Partners of the Americas is seeking Education & Livelihood Specialist candidates for an anticipated U.S. Department of Labor program in Colombia. The Education & Livelihood Specialist position will provide leadership in developing the technical aspects of the project in collaboration with the Project Director.

Partners of the Americas is seeking Monitoring and Evaluation Officer candidates for an anticipated U.S. Department of Labor program in Colombia. The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer position will oversee the implementation of the project’s monitoring and evaluation strategies and requirements.

Partners of the Americas is seeking Finance/Administrative Manager candidates for an anticipated U.S. Department of Labor program in Colombia. Partners of the Americas is seeking Mining Safety and Health Specialist candidates for an anticipated U.S. Department of Labor program in Colombia. The Mining Safety and Health Specialist position will provide leadership in developing the technical aspects of the project in collaboration with the Project Director.

The Program Development team is currently seeking a full-time officer for the Washington, DC office to support the Program Development Unit in implementing the outreach strategy, developing new partnerships and programs, and responding to funding opportunities that include grants, government solicitation, and/or corporate foundations.  

A Ganar Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

The A Ganar team is seeking a full-time M&E Specialist for our Washington, DC office to strengthen current M&E systems, create new and relevant M&E tools, collaborate with major donors and work with in country programs to capture the full scope of the A GANAR program.
